Regional Manager at Oracle Corporation.
“It's been a privilege and pleasure to have Reagan not only on my team but serve as a Team Lead for my first quarter as a regional manager at Oracle. Her willingness to help her teammates (as well as myself) as I navigated management for the first time is something that I can't thank her enough for. She is ALWAYS the first person to help her teammates when they needed it and the first person to volunteer to help me when I needed it. Reagan holds herself to the highest standards and it shows. I cannot recommend Reagan enough. She is surely the best asset to any organization that she joins.”

Senior Manager at Oracle Corporation.
“I had the honor of being Reagan's direct manager for her first 8 months at Oracle. Reagan's attitude and work ethic embody what every leader HOPES their ICs will possess - she is coachable, collaborative, curious and committed to attaining individual & team success. In addition to consistently over-delivering on her KPIs, Reagan was quick to identify her "uncomfy" areas, ask for feedback and implement best practices to ensure she remained in a constant state of growth. Her bar is high - her care for her teammates and customers, even higher. I would gladly work with Reagan on future endeavors and believe she'd be a tremendous talent & culture add to any sales organization.”

Assitant of School Programs at the Atlanta Hawks
“It was a pleasure to have Reagan represent the Atlanta Hawks as a College Ambassador at The University of Georgia. Reagan quickly demonstrated what it means to be a great teammate by showing great organizational skills, going above and beyond to expand her network, and showing impressive professionalism. During her time as a College Ambassador, Reagan made it a focus to get out of her comfort zone and apply the knowledge she learned throughout the year. Looking forward to seeing her do big things in the near future!”

UX Project Manager at Brighthouse Financial
“Reagan was part of our User Experience team at Brighthouse Financial for the summer and did a fantastic job. She exceeded expectations in all work, especially her summer-long project to enhance our SEO program. She is not only open to receiving feedback, but able to digest it and adjusts as necessary to grow as a professional. She would be a valuable asset to any team as she is a hard worker and collaborative team player.”

Student Engagement Coordinator at The University of Georgia Terry College of Business
“I know Reagan in a professional setting at the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. She served as a 2019-2020 Terry Student Ambassador for the Terry College. Two qualities I’d like to highlight about Reagan that would make her a great asset at any company are initiative and positive attitude.
I first met Reagan while chaperoning a corporate site visit sponsored by Terry College. Reagan was one of the students who signed up for the trip, and on the first night, she came up to introduce herself. She exhibited great self-confidence and always had a smile on her face. Not only was I impressed that she was so willing to introduce herself and engage in genuine discussion with us. Knowing that the Terry Ambassador program is so selective, she expressed her interest in the program and we discussed ways she could enhance her Ambassador application when it was time to apply. I knew after that conversation that she would make an excellent ambassador for Terry College because of her great energy and impressive initiative.
Now that I have had a chance to work closely with Reagan, I get to see her positive attitude day in and day out. She has never walked past or into my office without a big smile on her face. She constantly asks what she can do to help, or even dives right in with an idea and says, “I’ll do it”. I know that college students are overwhelmed with academics, student organizations, jobs and a social life, and it’s easy for them to complain about how stressful it is, but I never hear this from Reagan. I don’t think you can teach how to have a good attitude, and honestly, I think hers will benefit her personally and professionally for the rest of her life. I certainly know I appreciate it as her supervisor, and it is contagious among her peers whenever she’s around. I will be happy to answer any questions, or further discussion you may have about Reagan but without a doubt, she will be catch for any company that decides for her to join their team.”
